This is a lot more difficult than I expected. We're packing now getting ready to leave tomorrow morning. If things go well we plan to take a water taxi to dinner tomorrow nite, somewhere alon the Intercoastal- lots of fresh seafood.

Pat Sinclair is a food consultant with almost 25 years experience in test kitchens and recipe development.
